An Omaha native, Heidi started her insurance career in 1985. With more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Heidi knows that an exceptional agency requires superior knowledge, products, service and technology. Her ongoing commitment to these principles is reflected in the continued success of United Insurance Agencies. She and her husband Bill have been married for more than thirty years and are proud parents of two children and their furbaby and rescue dog, Theo. They enjoy golf, travel, and time spent with family and friends.

Connie Rivera grew up in Omaha and has been an agent with United Insurance Agencies since 1998. Her extensive knowledge of auto, home, and commercial business insurance provides her the opportunity to offer her customers valuable education while tailoring policies to match their individual needs. In her free time, Connie volunteers with dog rescues such as Wag N Train Terrier Rescue in Omaha. When not spending time with her son and two rescue dogs Bella and Ziggy, Connie loves to travel and participates in several networking groups. She is proud to be an active member of the Millard Business Association and has been nominated three times for Small Business of the Year through the organization.

Cindy Davis was born and raised in Omaha and joined United Insurance Agencies in 1991. She is an expert in home and auto coverage. As an independent agent with more than three decades of experience, her emphasis on superior customer service is reflected in the long standing relationships she has built with her customers. She is highly respected among her peers and company personnel and frequently is called upon by insurance companies to participate in round table discussions. Cindy enjoys travel and loves to visit her two daughters in Colorado. Like the rest of the team she is an ardent animal lover. You can find her spending her downtime cuddling on the couch with her three rescue terriers Henry, Penny and Beckett.

Spenser Masching was born, raised, and currently lives in Omaha, NE. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Psychology. Spenser joins United Insurance Agencies, with a sales and marketing background and is ready to hit the ground running as an Insurance Agent. Prior to joining United Insurance Agencies, he has held business development positions in Construction, Digital Advertising, Medical Device, and Information Technology.

Outside of work, Spenser enjoys spending time with his fiancé (Erin), putting his Traeger smoker to good use, attending concerts, hanging with family and friends, and watching his favorite sports teams. He takes pride in being a JaySker, as his favorite football team is the Nebraska Cornhuskers, and his basketball team is the Creighton Bluejays. Nebraska may take the edge, as his beloved dog’s name is Herbie. He also enjoys traveling and being outside as much as possible.

Britanie, an Omaha native, is a proud Patriot and Maverick. She joined United Insurance Agencies in 2022 and is currently a Licensed Customer Service Specialist with a focus on auto and homeowners insurance. Her commitment to her customers is reflected in the exceptional and individualized service that she consistently delivers to each and every one of them. In her free time she enjoys playing pool or going dancing with her boyfriend, Joe and spending time with her puppy, Stitch.

Ashley is a native of Omaha and graduated from Millard South High School. She joined United Insurance Agencies after spending 7 years nurturing the minds of our future at La Petite Academy. Her current position of Administrative Assistant offers an opportunity for her to provide high quality customer service with dedication and precision to all our clients. When Ashley isn’t at the office, she enjoys caring for her two fur-babies Maiev & Ellie with her boyfriend Joseph and finding adventure anytime she can.

Dylan is from the sandhills of NE and grew up doing carpentry with his dad until he attended college at Northeast Community College in Norfolk NE to get his Associates of Applied Science in broadcasting and communications. After getting his degree and working for seven years in the radio industry, he made a change to come to Omaha. After living in Omaha for a couple of years he made the leap into the insurance industry!

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his friends, cooking, deer hunting, and playing games of all variety! His favorite college team is the Huskers and pro football team is the Denver Broncos.

Alex is an Omaha native, attended Central High School, Texas A&M and University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he studied History and Law. He has a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. He has worked in a variety of fields, including Banking, Insurance, Operations and Retail Management. Alex spends most of his free time with his wife Amanda and their cat and dog. Together they enjoy live music, museums, nature hikes, and board games. He also enjoys building and repairing computers when friends and family need it. Alex is excited to continue building relationships within the community and assisting others in protecting their wellbeing and future.

Carson Mallgrave was born and raised in Bennington, Nebraska and graduated as a Badger. He joined United Insurance Agencies in 2023 eager to learn about the industry. Prior to being an agent, Carson was a server at some local restaurants and worked construction during the summer months. He values work ethic and integrity. With these core values, Carson is a determined, well focused agent that puts customer service first. When not at the office, Carson spends time with his friends and family and enjoys going to live concerts and watching his favorite sports teams.

Stuart was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. After spending 7 years in the banking industry, he moved to Omaha and joined United Insurance Agencies. He brings with him a strong background in sales and customer service. Stuart prides himself on helping customers with their personal, commercial and life insurance needs to ensure they have the proper coverage. He prefers spending his free time outdoors playing golf, disc golf, and tennis. When not outdoors, he enjoys listening to music, watching movies, cooking and hanging out with his cat, Duncan.
